Our own Account Manager started to oversee inductions, also developing a more efficient process so unexpected peaks did not cause hold-ups on production. Having an onsite presence has enabled us to build good relationships with the permanent staff and our honesty and transparency when it comes to meeting demand means we have become the main supplier. This has enabled our client to reduce the number of supporting agencies, saving time and money, and overall improving their ability to meet their customer’s orders.
