Client Issue: As a company who literally sustain and save lives, having the right team onboard ready to support their service users in all parts of the community is not just vital, it’s a matter of life or death. A customer service coordinator in any company could have a geographical area they cover or sector they deal with, but in Baxter, it’s not just the safe and timely delivery of any product they are dealing with in their area. When hospitals and homecare patients are the end user, the coordination of that supply chain can’t sit in a proverbial filing tray while someone is on holiday or wait for months while a vacancy waits to be filled.

Our client since the opening of Impact, the only time there has been a break in our service and commitment to Baxter Healthcare, has been when there has been a requirement for local sites to use a national supplier on a PSL. In a bid to streamline, and cost save many National and International companies we have dealt with over the years have, on occasion, had to do the same as head offices put matters of recruitment out to tender along with other suppliers of products and service. At times of national supply and in the instance where there have been particularly difficult roles to recruit for, Baxter experienced difficulty getting a fast reaction for filling vacancies, and as we know, that delays in time can cost not just money, but the quality and sustainability of lives.
