Client Issue: As an international specialist providing temporary structures for the events and semi-permanent markets including supply of showrooms, restaurants and festivals, the re-emergence of events and a strengthening semi-permanent market post COVID years saw a need to widen the Neptunus team in a number of different departments. Working for clients such as the RHS, Ascot Racecourse, Maclaren, and The LTA the established business needed to re-establish the workforce. There are clear peak times for the events our client deals with and therefore the crucial planning for this needed to be staffed with skilled coordinators to see the projects through to completion.
Our tailored solution and results: Our commercial team managed the whole process to find the very specific skill sets and experience required to successfully complete the impending prestigious projects. Permanent team members were recruited and onboarded in time to meet the start of the October-April planning season, as well as the April to October peak event season. Ensuring our client’s met their commitments to their clients! When deadlines for planned events are so crucial, there was a real responsibility for everyone to have the right team in place to realise the huge turnaround for the whole industry.
The Impact industrial team have also since supplied more hands-on workers, on a temporary basis, to support the project coordinators during the peak event season. This has enabled the client to flexibly manage their workforce to meet the changing needs of the industry.
