Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for a flexible part-time role?
We're looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team at Clients team in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working with suppliers and supporting a busy finance function.

- Part-time, 14 hours per week (2 full days or spread across 3 shorter days - your choice, set days each week)
- Permanent contract
- Holiday allowance pro rata (28 days including bank holidays for full-time equivalent)
- Training provided on Sage software
📝 What You'll Be Doing
- Processing supplier delivery notes, invoices, and updating records in Sage
- Checking supplier statements against accounts and requesting missing paperwork when needed
- Liaising with suppliers to chase PODs/copy documents
- General filing and admin to support the Finance Controller
👤 What We're Looking For
- Previous admin experience (essential)
- Good computer literacy and confident using MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of purchase ledger processes is helpful but not essential
- Eager to learn - Sage training will be given
