Impact Recruitment

We are a top-rated recruitment agency based in Northamptonshire and Peterborough.

Since 2002, we’ve specialised in recruiting across a variety of roles within Commercial, Industrial, Supply Chain, and Technical & Engineering.

Permanent, temporary, or interim, we cover them all.

But what truly drives us isn’t just filling roles, it’s the impact we make in transforming careers, strengthening companies, and supporting communities across Northamptonshire.

Long-term Commitment

Our team’s stability is a testament to the culture we’ve built together, with staff longevity serving as a core pillar of our success. We are incredibly proud that almost a third of our employees have been with us for over 10 years, providing a level of expertise and continuity that is rare in the recruitment industry.

This long-term commitment doesn’t just speak to the loyalty of our people, but to an environment that fosters genuine career growth and personal fulfillment.

Career Progression

We ask our consultants to do recruitment the right way: proper briefings, proper screening, no padding, no shortcuts. That only works if the business backs them up. Our mission as an employer is to be the agency that makes “doing it properly” the easiest way to earn well here – not a virtue you have to sacrifice income for.

For experienced recruitment consultants who are tired of being managed by activity metrics instead of results, Impact is the desk where the work is warm, the earnings are uncapped and realistic, and the only thing that matters is whether you bill, because we’d rather trust you to do the job than watch you do it.

Impact’s investment in me personally and professionally has allowed me to develop from a graduate into a confident professional. I have always been a career and development focused person; The mentors around me have coached me along the way, which has given me the confidence and platform to grow into an honest and dedicated recruitment professional. The people are the backbone of this family, something I am very much a part of.
Josh Hacker
Managing Consultant
From day one, Impact has invested time in helping me develop and improve. Even when I initially found it challenging to get to grips with the role, the team stuck with me, continued to support me and had faith that everything would eventually click. I value the autonomy Impact gives its employees. There is trust to work in a way that suits you best, provided you are doing the right things and delivering results. That balance of support, trust and accountability is what I enjoy.
