I've never had any issues with impact Recruitment. Payment is always on time, Brad is always reliable, approachable and quick to respond to any questions. Good opportunities for work are found fast and he makes an effort to check in and make sure I am happy in my role.

We have used Impact for many years for temps they are our go to agency. Benjamin is fantastic, very helpful and supportive of who we need in with great communication. Would definitely recommend this company.

Working with Impact now for many years. Working close with Agnieszka Rakoczy and Dan Sharp who are always contactable regardless of time, and can supply at the very last minute. Always come in with a big smile and always very helpful would recommend Impact Recruitment over and over again.

It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Charley. He calls every step of the way making sure I was prepared and supported. Nothing was too big or small for him to support me on. Would highly recommend.

Impact Recruitment were brilliant in helping me find work again. Within several days of applying for a role, I was contacted swiftly by Will who immediately managed to find me a suitable role within the area. On arrival on my first day to work, I was met by Will who was very friendly and approachable who walked with me around the building. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for work.

Vicky really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new role, she made the whole process so smooth by checking in before and after the interviews and making sure I was fully prepared. She also kept in regular contact with any updates. Genuinely can't think of a better recruiter, Vicky is an asset to the company!

Hire With Us

Most recruitment agencies are reactive, volume-driven, and fee-focused. You are passed CVs, receive minimal guidance, and left to manage the process yourself.

Our service is the opposite. We lead with expertise, we take ownership of outcomes and do what we say, and we build the kind of relationships that mean clients return to us for their next hire.

Not because they have to, but because they want to.
